BK rose 1.22 in the first 2 weeks of January. Ftn was a distant second.

Yes nice move for BK, but was lower than my spreadsheets showed. Have to adjust it here... maybe they went to more cash, which i had actually thought would happen. They only had 1% at Dec 31 and that is barely enough to pay out preffereds and commons. And as far as FTN being a distant second, my data showed FTN unit NAV at $21.53 after distributions to DEC 31 and this update puts it at 22.75 ...more
