BK unit nav to March 24 = approx: $24.44

So only a 10 cent gain showing on my spreadsheet since March 15 update.
BK commons now valued at $14.44,  trading at a 60 cent premium , which is only 4.15%
Safe ,  good paying fund,  if you believe banks will gyrate around these levels for a while yet...

why do split funds do financings ? GDV did one this week for example....

To get more assets under management.   They earn a small percentageof aum.
