RE:BK unit nav to sept 27 AFTER dist. = $18.53

Please explain how you arrive at the value of the common shares...I'm confused if the nav IS 18.53how can the value be 8.53?


Subtract the value of the preferreds from the total.

May be silly question ,,, but if BK pays so well & steady and have ( had ) good margin above 15$ treshold .... why so much selling ; understand Sept. blues; Inflation; geo political; rates higher for longer ... but still is it that people can't stomach and gauge volatility; Day Trader with short term views ???  ??? CAD Banks won't bankrupt that soon ???
