Black Iron Inc. is a Canada-based iron ore exploration and development company, advancing its 100% owned Shymanivske Iron Ore Project located in Kryviy Rih, Ukraine. The Shymanivske project is surrounded by five operating iron ore mines, including various owned by Metinvest and ArcelorMittal’s iron ore complex. The Property is situated in the Kryvyi Rih iron ore basin, located in the Dnepropetrovsk region of Ukraine (Central Ukraine). The Company holds an interest in a mining permit that covers an area of approximately 2.56 square kilometers and comprises the Shymanivske project. The project is located in proximity of infrastructure, including rail, power, water and ports.

I agree that they move slower than they would in an ideal world, but I would rather them move slowly and get things done properly than to rush through everything and squander the opportunity that this project presents.. for example the offtake, although not binding yet, is a phenomenal deal for bki, and will create a lot of value for us. If everything else is as top shelf as that deal, with institutions as significant as Cargill, then I'm happy to wait through the slow movements. But I do hear ya - management is paid a little too well, and we've been working on the same milestones for YEARS.. It just feels to me like it's all finally coming to fruition this year, and I'm happy to stay patient to see this through
