Royalty, debt, and construction deals should not be anywhere near as long as the offtake and land transfer. The deals are a little more standard and not quite as complex - as mentioned before, this is apparently the first profit sharing offtake agreement, so I'm not surprised that it's taking so much work, or that Cargill is taking their time. I think the biggest question mark right now is the land transfer. I'm hoping once Cargill is in a binding agreement, they will throw some of their weight around to try and help expedite that process.
