I know a lot of you are pissy because the news didn't drop EOY, but like... It has to come eventually lol and it should be any day now! Deep down inside I'm really hoping to just get acquired for a fair price but even without that, offtake should produce some nice gains, and I still think shovels in the ground by summer is very reasonable and possible.. should be a good next 6 months! SFN, let's first see a binding offtake and land transfer, followed by a royalty partner reveal, debt deal and construction agreement. Shovels in the ground is way down the road & will be early 2023 at best.

Royalty, debt, and construction deals should not be anywhere near as long as the offtake and land transfer. The deals are a little more standard and not quite as complex - as mentioned before, this is apparently the first profit sharing offtake agreement, so I'm not surprised that it's taking so much work, or that Cargill is taking their time. I think the biggest question mark right now is
