Boralex Inc. is a Canada-based renewable energy company. The Company is primarily engaged in the development, construction and operation of renewable energy power facilities. It operates in the production of three types of renewable energy: wind, solar and hydroelectric power, as well as storage, representing an asset base with an installed capacity totaling 3,051 megawatts (MW). It also provides onshore wind power, and it also has facilities in the United States and development projects in the United Kingdom. It is developing a portfolio of over 6.2 GW in wind, solar and storage projects. It holds interests in 50 facilities in North America and 77 facilities in Europe. RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Conversion of debenturesI'll echo your comments and say that in over 50 years of investing, I have never seen such low life management as they have in BLX. I told my broker to seel all my debentures at any price. They have advised me that I will be able to convert the remaining 500 to BLX shortly. I will then sell at market price immediately and put BLX and their crooked management in my rear view mirror.  It's also apparent to me and quite a few others that the cheerleader here for BLX wouldn't know if  Christ was crucified or killed riding a bicycle...
