The Real Question to be Answered for Today

The Real Question to be Answered for TodayDoes the binding agreement between PLI & Telesta allow for TST to accept any other competing offers to buy TST? Some of you indicated over the past few years that you have sources close or in TST :) - you should check - this will answer 1. what you do with your present shares 2. Do you invest in PLI or move onto to chase another one - there have been posts to hold onto shares that there may be competing offers - not if the agreement guards against this and the deal is done pending shareholder approval....thanks
