RE:RE:RE:The Real Question to be Answered for Today
was that the sa article that ignited the run up to the 90s? That is when I lightened up alot, but in the 60s mostly. Never saw the top or the bottom. This looks like a deal negotiated from a very weak position but that is what you should have seen coming after several consecutive depressing news releases that were more confidence jamming than the last. giving away the cancer patents and the real estate&plants says that management just threw up their arms and took the first offer on the table. maybe they were tired of everything involved. The question I have is what happens to management salaries? some pretty highly paid people here who delivered not much of anything. do they all walk away with severance and pensions after many LT shareholders were ruined? oh and attaching the share swap to a 5 day moving average after the yes vote is going to be fun for shareholders. this being biotech just watch that PLI run like usain Bolt after they get the go ahead for all the free assets and cash from telesta. i'm expecting pli at $4.25 the day of the swap and maybe even higher.Pli is probably a good buy unless something changes
