It's probably time for EVERYONE to move on from this silly company. I think i've already made my intentions clear and there's no need for you to repeat the obvious & what i've already done. Not too sure why you're getting upset & frustrated with me by simply stating the pure facts and what should be very obvious, worrisome for holders. Don't shoot the messanger, take your anger out on the company's mgmt....not me.
The facts are that the company not only GROSSLY overpaid for these assets, but strategically speaking, this WAS NOT in the best interests of s/h. Bonterra is an insignificant micro-cap who should have been looking for a "strategic" dance partner to merge with. Not this B5 by adding a paltry 300 bbls from non core assets at completely overvalued metrics. BAD move, BAD timing, BAD purchase......just all around a BAD deal. You can't even justifiably defend this move in ANY shape or form......that's how BAD this deal is.....
And YES i have moved on... in case you didn't get it the first time.......and so should everyone you & else BEFORE the company's mgmt makes another REDiculously BAD move.....
