Seems good to me. Funds generated from operations was $34.3 million in Q4. If it were me I would have made that the news release headline.
Comment by wallop13 on Mar 10, 2016 9:27am
For reference - that is compared to $22.8 million generated in Q4 2014

so why is the SP tanking?!???!!!!!!
Comment by wallop13 on Mar 10, 2016 9:54am
Poor press release. I had to look at the financials to find that info. Why would you not mention in the press release that your company can generate 140 million a year in operating cash flow at $40 Brent??? Maybe they were rushed.
Comment by stockwatche2016 on Mar 10, 2016 9:58am
Silly thing is they had access to this information for a while. They could have hired a PR firm to do the release. SP is about 10% below my cost.... I'm wondering if I should hold or take a loss and move on??? Any advice. TIA

Are you sheeting me? Hire a PR firm for a year end financial? 10% below your cost??? OMG!!!!Yes, you should sell it now before it drops any lower. I think its headed back to .65 !!!! LMAO
Comment by stockwatche2016 on Mar 10, 2016 10:07am
Clearly they F'ed up the release! Simpe positive spin on the financials is all they needed to do. Why does hiring a PR firm sound so far fetched to you? They can help with other aspects of their image. As for price going back down - tell me what prompted it to go up in the first place???

for the 3rd time. oil went up BNK went up, oil sold off BNK sold off.  finding a trend yet?
Comment by braincloud on Mar 10, 2016 10:22am
You ever heard about oil? BNK and OIL are joined at the hip. The release was formatted the very same way they always do. Just the facts.

You know, sometimes it is about presentation, similar to a restaurant. It may not taste better but looks better. Company is solid but this could have been presented better.
Comment by stockwatche2016 on Mar 10, 2016 10:08am
precisely bmeister2! my sentiments exactly.
Comment by cashtango00 on Mar 10, 2016 10:01am
I told you yesterday. Run a split screen with the price of oil.  Oil dropped today, so did BNK.  Right now this is 100% correlated to oil prices.  Thats all.  There was no info that they coulod really come out with that wasn't discussed last week

Surge Energy reported earnings yesterday. They had funds from operations of 15.3 million in Q4. I'm not surprised motherf**kers (you might find humer in that comment if you watched the McGregor vs Diaz fight). Surge trades at almost double the market cap and has almost double the debt.
