BPYP.PR.A matures on July 26, 2081. It can be redeemed

under several conditions before maturity. I think one of the conditions have been met already.

So, I think if Brookfield wants to redeem them now, they could, but like Pierre says, it make no sense to do so when you can get them at 1/2 price on the open market.
