SONOFFERGUS you are correct BPO was privatized by Brookfield Property Partners (BPY) in 2016 and its preferred shares became backed by a “full and unconditional guarantee” from BPY. BPY is not ...more

What support are you expecting on this? The guarantee is provided by BPY and certain of its subsidiaries.  That's what it says.  That's what BPY's financials say.  BN is ...more

BPY is one of the Guarantors of BPO, there's a list of

Guarantors 2 pages long layed out on pages 1 and 2 of the Guarantee.  The Guarantee is about 45 pages of Legalese, with another 14 pages related to it.   I did post a bunch of ...more
