Meanwhile, 5 year Rate continues to climb.

BPO Yields/Reset Yields just CRAZY HIGH.
BPY is a ~$130 BILLION dollar company.
BN is a ~$490 BILLION dollar company.
BN has about ~$150 Billion of deployable capital.
BPO Prefers Guaranteed.
BPO privatized by BPY, BPY privatized by BN.
Equity continues to rise and dividends continue to be paid.
Active NCIB.
These are Prefer Shares, not Common Shares.
Other companies across the market are redeeming their Reset Prefers for $25.

It's just crazy the market still pricing these Prefers at these levels.
All just my opinion/view/thinking....will be collecting Crazy Dividends coming this June $$$$$$$$$$$
