NOI up a little, wrote down some transitional properties, provided comforting words around 2024/5 refinancings.

Overall, nothing to upset the long BPO thesis IMO.

Hi Sonoffergus, I agree, a quiet quarter and nothing to upset the long thesis. You noted the write-downs, I will note there was no related party transactions (eg sales to the insurance unit).  I know they are starting to get criticized for this ie selling assets to themselves....a great Brascan/Brookfield tradition...lol.
