Prefer Equity remains the same on the balance sheet.     

So, I assumed Brookfield accquired all those BPY/BPO Prefer Shares that ETFs dumped due to downgrade and cancelled them.    So, why does the balance sheet still show Prefer Equity at 699 ???

So who aquired all those shares?????

Oh, Pierre, you were WRONG to ASSUME Brookfield would never buyback their "perpetual capital". Oh, Pierre, you were WRONG to ASSUME all the yields will converge to around 11% or whatever, thinking your T's will outperform all the others due to it's yield being higher.   Pierre, you do a lot of Assuming yourself..... if FACT you state your ASSUMPTIONS as FACT many time
