I think a buyout is more likely a few years down the line. Great target for a B2C looking to bring more of the development side in house once the market matures a bit. For now, the larger B2C players who would have the 500M ish it would cost to buy Bragg at this point in time would prefer to spend that money on customer acquisition. Any premium offered now, even if a 100% premium, wouldn't be anything a fundamental move in the stock couldn't achieve so I'm not sure the incentive is there to sell either
