RE:BluntlyThey can't do this on there own, first of all anybody that's has any past even if it's just a social friend with Baptista is on high alert and has given Brazil minning a bad name, time has gone by and time does leave room for some forgotten deals, when this management comes from that sucefull short lived era of Baptista but very lucarative,it's to believe that it was Baptista wanting to be the richest man in the world it got to his head that he wanted to be number 1My point is that at one point they did believe they can do this, but Baptista pushed and overdid his stragety towards what was happening for years in Brazil and did very much worked for a long period. Conclusion they are not willing to share the pie on fairly. Trust me when I say this this possible to get going.But these guys are still in the Baptista mentality
