Dividend increase

Dividend increase      I think I would agree that it would be best if they left the dividend here for awhile. I felt it was too high before and they didnt shelter themselves well enough against rough waters - They weathered the storm extremely well, but as a dividend and income play - the safer the better for me. Id like to see small dividend increases every year going forward and to have them do smart aquisitions - preferably industrial & even some residential if possible for diversification.

I feel very confidant that we will see little price jumps in  stock valuation as we go forward, with these last earnings results & an improving economy, I think its just a matter of time before we start reaching our old highs and beyond. However I dont expect it to happen over night.
