SEDAR filing filed by the company indicates that the AGM will be held on June 20, 2024 with the record date of May 16, 2024.

In other words - but keep in mind I am no lawyer, and definitely NOT your lawyer - if you want to vote on whatever proposals the company has on the agenda of that AGM, you need to make sure whatever BTB REIT units you have are fully owned, paid and settled before May 16, 2024.
