MONTRAL, July 12, 2021 /CNW Telbec/ - BTB Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX:BTB-UN.TO) (" BTB " or the " REIT ") announced today that the monthly cash distribution for the month of July 2021 is $0.025 per unit, representing $0.30 per unit on an annualized basis. The cash distribution will be paid August 16 th , 2021, to unitholders of record on July 30 th , 2021.
