Baytex Energy Corp. is a Canada-based energy company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, development and production of crude oil and natural gas in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and in the Eagle Ford in the United States. Its crude oil and natural gas operations are organized into three main operating areas: Light Oil USA (Eagle Ford), Light Oil Canada (Pembina Duvernay / Viking) and Heavy Oil Canada (Peace River / Peavine / Lloydminster). Its Eagle Ford assets are located in the core of the liquids-rich Eagle Ford shale in South Texas. The Eagle Ford shale covers approximately 162,000 net acres of crude oil operations. Its Viking assets are located in the Dodsland area in southwest Saskatchewan and in the Esther area of southeastern Alberta. It also holds 100% working interest land position in the East Duvernay resource play in central Alberta.

Cough....Hey mugs , I think the only reason Pierre P would be pushing east coast production is that he doesn't have to mention a "pipeline" but deep water drilling is a disaster waiting to happen . The west has the solution , all we need is some balls and logic in Ottawa to cut the red tape . Give the west a green light and supply will ramp up quicker than you can say $0.90/liter .

masfortuna , Ontario has put a hydro-electric dam in the best spots already so other than nuclear , I don't see any other "clean" option . I have heard that if everyone put solar panels on their garage roof that this would work but I don't see how they will put a charge into your Tesla by moonlight alone . Since most people need to be mobile during the day , I don't see how you square that circle . Just my thoughts on it mas .......
