While I never met BSW in person , I am still surprised at the level of conspiracy theories on his disappearance . I liked having him around because we had much in common including spending too much time posting here , retirement gives you that freedom .
Personally I hope it was a scam and he is laughing on some beach right now but I fear a more serious outcome . Whether you liked him or thought he posted too much , he was polite , knowledgable and happy to update any who cared to read his posts . It sure isn't the same without him around and with each passing day my optimism wanes that we get him back .
Life is fragile , don't take anything for granted . We all have a date with destiny and unfortunately destiny never makes an appointment . Take this weekend and think about what (and who) is really important to you , everything else is just window dressing . Sometimes we lose focus with our priorities due to external distractions or days like Friday , at times we need to pause and re-center ourselves if only to appreciate how lucky we really are . Enjoy the weekend and best of luck for next week .
