So what is the USA going to do about it? The USA is going to bankrupt Russia is what the USA is going to do about it.
Big mistake by Putin to invade Ukraine. He showed his hand before he could be stopped. The USA and western allies are going to supply arms to Ukraine until the Russian army is methodically wiped out. Russia will have its nukes left but won't use them unless Putin absolutely losses his marbles.
Good for western oil producers in the longer term.
