Plus they have stopped exporting oil and their brand, spanking new refinery is supposed to be up and running as of this past July. Their plan is to be totally self-sufficient to supply their growing manufacturing base. "The new China" they are called. The world's factory. Even the Chinese are building a massive industrial park in Mexico for Chinese manyfacturers. Yeah, if there is some sort of conspiracy it's this focus on only China using it as the only "vector" in predicting global oil demand.
