The 38,000,000 share number that Fintel first reports shows an Effective Date as of March 31,2023. Eric Nuttall was on BNN on October 24, 2022 and made BTE one of his Top Pick's. At that time he said Ninepoint was BTE's largest shareholder. Go to 3:50 in this video clip.

My fav part of Eric's BTE Top Pick in 2022 is the part where he says, "we put a 5 multiple on that, we get an almost $20 share price". After 20 months, I am still waiting.
