Eric Nuttall acquired 2.5M BTE shares for the Ninepoint Energy Income fund as of May 31, 2024. This fund is separate from the 38M BTE shares that are in the main Ninepoint Energy Fund.

They had 50 million when the deal was done to acquire Ranger ...they are down 12 million ...some one sold those while Eric was pumping this stock ...lol ... like I said when he say buy you sell ...!

ATTN Frank: According to Fintel, Ninepoint has never held 50,000,000 shares. Can you provide a link to your reference from which you cite Ninepoint held 50,000,000 shares?  Are you purposely pushing false information?  I'm not saying you are ......... but I've not seen any verifiable source to this information you are citing. https://fintel.io/so/us/bte/ninepoint-partners

I also thought that Ninepoint originally owned 50,000,000 BTE shares. I had a good look for any evidence of this but I could not find any.  The 38,000,000 share number that Fintel first reports shows an Effective Date as of March 31,2023. Eric Nuttall was on BNN on October 24, 2022 and made BTE one of his Top Pick's. At that time he said Ninepoint was BTE's largest shareholder

Ninepoint certainly was a large investor in Baytex in September of 2022 and it was their top holding by value at that time. There is seemingly a lag in Fintel reporting for that period, hence, I won't outright refute the suggestion that Ninepoint had once held 50,000,000 shares but I simply can't find any source to which it can be verified so I would certainly appreciate any person making
