RE:RE:Burcon's share of Merit ReducedNot in this case. This was a desperate move by Merit. They gave cheap equity in exchange of a few dollars that could potentially benefit Bunge at the expense of Burcon. The financing was required because they are having trouble getting their act together. They are also about to announce more high cost financing that will further weight down on Merits future profitability and consequently Burcon's. In the end the only winner in this whole affair will be Bunge and the bankers. Shareholders will be left holding the bag. Those that have bought in the last six months have lost big already and its going to get worse. One have to be delusional to believe otherwise.
