So an $8.50 valuation on the Merit position plus a further bump in valuation if Burcon does pull off a second JV.   So why is it not showing up in SP?

It doesn't show because some investors have no stomach and want to double up so quickly. It's a matter of time . Give it a few weeks and see what they have planned for us (real shareholders).
