$10 Million Loan Agreement

Upon the satisfaction of certain conditions with respect to each tranche... ??? 8% interest will not be enough, so ultimately this could be also a way to get Burcon's shares in Merit or Burcon's patents!

My understanding in all this, BU is good to operate until 2025. Plenty of time to reach deals entirely conform to our requirements.
