We need a combined engagement from companies and government: CAPREIT CEO on affordable housing

Mark Kenney, president and chief executive officer at Canadian Apartment Properties Real Estate Investment Trust, talks about what the federal parties’ should be addressing with affordable housing in their election platforms. He says there’s talk around immigration being the solution to labour shortages but the main issue is where are we going to house all these people. Kenney noted we need around 100,000 homes to start addressing this housing crisis.
