RE:Invenstigation There does need to be some clearer disclosure as to who purchased the Brazilian assets. I also blame petersco to some extent for not offering a fairness opinion. In any case, I don't see the calmena information memorandum on the petersco website which means one of a few things:
1. Petersco is no longer the marketer of the assets/Ibank, ie. the firm will use a different bank in CCAA
2. Petersco will create an updated information memorandum soon (I don't think they should be the company's banker, TD or FirstEnergy probably would be better)
3. The company has already sold itself (least likely)
Legally, although I would be willing to participate in a lawsuit, I only see it as a last resort (ie. if I see that the firm is selling assets in non-arms length transactions/back to the board members at a discount or something similar to that)
