RE:RE:Invenstigation
RE:RE:InvenstigationAll of what is happening has an ordor to it. Can a board be acting independently on behalf of shareholders when at the same time they are creditors of the company mindful of the companies debt obligation to them. They clearly are wearing two hats and the appearance of arms length shareholder representation cannot be sustained. The perception of conflict seems evident. So when the board reviewed the operational reality of CEZ and realized the future of the company was in doubt it is possible that they were more concerned about ending the company while it still had the means to repay their loan to the company. The role of a board is to know the intimate details of the companies operational survival. Therefore the board members knew the ship was going down with no hope for survival. From that point forward did their actions and decisions represent shareholders or their self interest? I have an opinion as most shareholder do. Where can we log a complaint to get an independent review? Several of the board members are Calgary heavy weights, hard hearted and well connected. We, the shareholders, are a disparate group of losers that the board doesn't give a damn about, just sayin.....
