I really don't understand Canadian regulatory laws and find it ridiculous how many situations emerge on the TSE/CVE that would create huge lawsuits/problems for any US company with the SEC:

1. Non-arms length transactions (maybe because harder to find transactions for <50mn assets?)
2. 8 figure change of control provisions for sub 100mn companies for "essential" personnel 
3. Huge lack of transparency where press releases are like a quarterly thing at best and most smal companies don't even have annual conference calls
4. Flagrant mismanagement among a large strings of companies, often with career "Independent" board members who sit on the BODs of like 30 small companies and mismanage all of them

To me it's just shocking, I was kind of hoping that this company wasn't run by criminals/idiots but I honestly cannot tell at this point.
