Return Capital via Special DividendNow here's something I think we could push management and the board on... (although they probably won't care).
The problem I see with a sustainable dividend (besides the power plant income) is that it will:
A) be miniscule
B) won't be sustainable due to commodity price fluctuations and cash flow
Why doesn't Conifex take their windfall this year and do like Norbord and issue as pecial dividend to shareholders?
If they make 50M in profit, can't they distribute 5-10M of that as a one-tiem special dividend that works out to about .10 - .20 cents a share? I would welcome that idea.
