I voted againist.  Was it just the noteholders and insiderrs that passed it?  .18 vs .05 seems an easy choice, plus if Wilks did win that big incentive to make the stock worth something ...more

Both sides realize offers < investor confidence

$0.15 + 2 warrants does not mean the share price will raise above $0.15 unless there is concensus that there will be a higher priced offer. The warrants always will have some value, but only once they ...more
