why isn't the share price up?

getting 15 cents and cash plus 2 warrants exercisable at 5 cents should nudge it over the 15 cent share price, no?  or will the warrants be worthless after a big share consolidation?

I would be inclined to take the Wilks offrer as well. However I would leave it as long as possible to make the committment, in the event a superior offer comes along. Then the two groups can sort it ...more

Do you want $0.02/share or $0.18. As a shareholder I think this a no brainer. Calfracs restructuring only helps the rich and bones the shareholders.

Shareholders need to vote down managements deal. With Wilks, guaranteed to get at least $0.18/share if not more if someone bids it up.

Wilks already have made offr of 18 cents, if shareholders vote against Management Transaction, it will lead both parties to bid higher than 18 cents? which is in favor of shareholders.
