Stock shouldn't be falling this law.. looks like bad news.
No management have skin in game, this is going to get gobbled up. Ridiculous.

Lack of Management and Board ownership is weak and dissapointing but not new. I wonder if tax loss selling is simply pushing the stock down - it's that time of year. CFX should get gobbled up at this price though. The valuation makes no sense relative to other public pulp companies and recent pulp mill transactions.

Mainly tax loss selling but also market has realized that CFX's managment doesn't care about its market share.....
