carp1104 wrote: So Kerson how high do you think Chemtrade stock will be if they sell the North Vancouver land ? You say $9.00 without a sale.  Could it reach $10.00 or higher with a sale ?. You have  nowhere to hide now that you have given us your first guess . So I have put you in a difficult situation haven't I . I hoped you would reply to my first post just to show you for what you really are !!

Now Carp, anyone who has a brain knows that any change in the unit price due to the sale of N. Vancouver will be dependent upon what Chemtrade actually receives for their N. Vancouver property, if infact they are able to sell it. As for my $9 guess, it is based on the best case scenario which means a healthy price for the property which I now know is not gonna happen.
I would hope for your sake that you are not banking on Chemtrade realizing a big price for their N. Vancouver property because you are gonna be very disappointed.
The only folks in a difficult position on the ones who are banking on a big payday from the sale of the N. Vancouver property.
Hint: This property was actually part of the Canexus deal.
