Lets have some fun

I will GUESS that before the next quarter results the price of Chemtrades stock will hit $9.00 and within two weeks after the results it will break $10.00.  Remember this is only my GUESS and a lot of things can happen between now and then. But now the quarter is over and any profits are in Chemtrades bank.  What is your guess Kherson?  Be brave for once  and stop hiding behind old news and give us some new insight from you as to why you think my guess is too high? or too low ?.

If you factor in the likely hood that the North Vancouver proposed sale is not going ahead as well as planned and therefore another equity issue is most likely in the works, 9 bucks is the best that one can hope for this year. Kherson

Your $9.00 dollar guess suggests that you think chemtrade is worth more than you keep suggesting in all your negative posts ? Chemtrade never said they had to sell the North Vancouver site so why suggest an equity issue is likely . Please stick to the facts .  So please stop playing mind games and enjoy your price increase Guess !!

So Kerson how high do you think Chemtrade stock will be if they sell the North Vancouver land ? You say $9.00 without a sale.  Could it reach $10.00 or higher with a sale ?. You have  nowhere to hide now that you have given us your first guess . So I have put you in a difficult situation haven't I . I hoped you would reply to my first post just to show you for what you really are !!

Now Carp, anyone who has a brain knows that any change in the unit price due to the sale of N. Vancouver will be dependent upon what Chemtrade actually receives for their N. Vancouver property, if infact they are able to sell it. As for my $9 guess, it is based on the best case scenario which means a healthy price for the property which I now know is not gonna happen.  I would hope for your ...more

You are a fool . All I ever wanted was to make you look stupid !(And it worked) You made your guess of $9.00 without including the sale of the land.  Chemtrade never said they could sell the land only that they were looking to see if they could find a buyer. The vancouver port authority has to agree to a sale as they get first choice. You again claim to know that the sale will not happen ...more

On August 15th, Chemtrade announces a $75 million bought deal equity offering. I wonder how much of that $75 million is going to executive compensation? Too funny! Kherson

Any facts or just baseless speculation again? Given that they are cash flow positive, meaning they are paying all of their expenses, the numbers would lend to an answer of zero.     Any facts showing otherwise?  Are you saying they are lying when they say what it will be used for? Chemtrade intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering to partially finance Chemtrade’s ...more
