Remember this is only my GUESS and a lot of things can happen between now and then. But now the quarter is over and any profits are in Chemtrades bank. What is your guess Kherson? Be brave for once and stop hiding behind old news and give us some new insight from you as to why you think my guess is too high? or too low ?.
If you factor in the likely hood that the North Vancouver proposed sale is not going ahead as well as planned and therefore another equity issue is most likely in the works, 9 bucks is the best that one can hope for this year.

On August 15th, Chemtrade announces a $75 million bought deal equity offering. I wonder how much of that $75 million is going to executive compensation?
Too funny!

Any facts or just baseless speculation again?
Given that they are cash flow positive, meaning they are paying all of their expenses, the numbers would lend to an answer of zero. Any facts showing otherwise?
Are you saying they are lying when they say what it will be used for?
Chemtrade intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering to partially finance Chemtrade’s previously announced ultrapure sulphuric acid growth projects to expand capacity at its existing Ohio plant and to build a new plant in Arizona. Pending any such use, the net proceeds from the Offering will temporarily be used to reduce indebtedness under the Fund’s existing credit agreement. https://www.chemtradelogistics.com/news/chemtrade-logistics-income-fund-completes-86-5-million-bought-deal-equity-offering/ P.S. It was $86.5m.
