Stockhouse Record Keeping

I have been using Stockhouse Bulletin Boards since January 2012, posting a couple thousand
messages on various Bullboards of Stockhose.
As of today the "reputation" (I assume it means the number of posted messages on Stockhouse" is
157. What was the reason for this drastic reduction? In 2015 my number was over 700!

Hopefully this does nor reflect the accuracy of other data kept and shown by Stockhouse.

  I notice the 'Rep' number seems to go down at the start of every month, I've been going with the theory that it washes out the old thumbs up you have recieved In the past if it's older than 24 months or something. That said, I could not care less if I get a thumbs up to any message I post, the info, discussion or entertainment is worth more than 'Rep' which is

For what it's worth: SH maintains a 12 month running total of upvotes. I agree that it is amazing that there are some (almost exclusively on "Ignore" by me) who garner 1000s of upvotes for just repeating a message from somebody else - without adding one word of text. I suspect that these mentally-challenged individuals may be supporters of Team Turdo! LOL!

Thanks for this. I couldn't care less about the "thumbs up" feature, as I think it's meaningless in most cases for the reason you pointed out so well. This bullboard used to be rather good 10-12 years ago, with some posters who had sound ideas and took part in intelligent debates, but those days are gone for the most part, I'm afraid.
