Do you rember making fun of me for guessing that Chemtrade would be $9.00 before the 2nd quarter release ( I missed by 1 day) and hit it $9.18 . I work on facts and you are still a fool. I would like to make another guess on the share price moving forward but this time I will ask you to give us your informed guess at to what that price will be for 1 day after the third quarter results. and then I will make mine .  It is only a GUESS !! and if any material news comes out we will be allowed to revise that guess after release of any good news. ...
As for the  north vacouver property no one has said the sale is off the table ( except you, so until they do stick to the FACTS!!)  I always said that the vancouver port authority has a big say in when that land will be sold. So dont blame Chemtrade for being unable to make a quick sale .
I think it will happen when the time is right. Investing for the long term requires collecting information and patience. ( which I have)
  No one believes your BS

How is that $9 bucks a unit projection holding out? We all know that Chemtrade's unit price was pumped only so that they could issue more equity!
Curious as to how the North Vancouver sale is coming along? lol...
It is pretty obvious that Carp1104 is being paid to pump Chemtrade.
