Industrial segment will help drive NAV
I expect that the Industrial NAV will rise by 5%. residentilal will also ad a little but not much overall. Of course that will only add 0.75% to the overall NAV mat

The CHP.un plan to gradually get out of Offices is a good one. Mind you it may be 10 or 15 years before they are completely out. Right now they are too diversified Retail.
