Sorry to hear that my brother.  You must have kids if she got the house so consider that your kids got the house too.  The car will depreciate to zero.  And you can get a new loyal dog.  The MGTOW movement is strong.  Men Going There On Way.  You will recover and be happier going forward. I assume you own CHP.UN so good luck to you.
