RE:dividend cut fear mongeringIt is legitimate to raise the question of the dividend sustainability but the first poster provided no information unlike Mickeymouse's reply.

Many people base their inventment decisions on dividend but as we have experienced with CHR over the past year, the  divident  premium is insignificant compared with the capital loss.

PS: Have not jumped in yet because my valuation includes consideration of RoE and BV. HCG (Home Capital) got my money instead.
