surprisingly, all three numbers that I see are very positive despite the industry. The more I investigate the AME division ( aircraft maintenance engineers) , the more I see promise there .
if anyone has YTD TOTAL REVENUE, this would be helpful. My contacts at CHR are under blackout to outsiders.
I've been using some CHR financials to potentially put together my own offer with a few institutions and accredited investors. Not sure if we'll pull the trigger yet, but around $1.3 billion is how I'm likely to value the company once Covid is over. So around $8 a share. I think there's some value if we're able to rejig it's business operations. I would sell off the leasing business, but I can't say anything more at this point.
I call B.S. The core value of Chorus is the leasing buisness. The CPA is virtually cost neutral, it just can't lose money. The value from the CPA is that most of the aircarft are leased through Chorus.
The rest of the buisness is penuts compared to the leasing portion.
Good luck with your takeover bid.
One part of what he said, is that $8 is a fair market value once this garbage dump of a situation is behind us.
