RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Good news?Respectfully disagree. Granted, air travel recovery has been slow to materialize, and government travel restrictions aren't helping. Still, the three airports I've been in during the past few months (Vancouver, Toronto, Victoria) are hopping. Personal observation is only worth so much (and not a whole lot sometimes). Westjet announced today they are adding new routes:

After 9/11, people also thought the ariline industry was dead. Eventually, we all adapted to new restrictions/regulations, and airline travel grew immensely during the next two decades. What is happening today does not necessarily predict the future. Eventually, covid will pass, people will adjust, and demand for air travel will return to pre-covid levels - anyway, that's my thinking.
