Hey Tommy, not sure that your comments hold any validity as air traffic in my area has markedly increased. All you have to do is look at Jazz flights in the air, see link below. To claim travel by flying is over is a bunch of hooey as far as I am concerned. I have southern destination flights booked with AC myself. Flying becoming a "relic" is pure recency bias. However, I think flying, at least internationally, will make some think twice as long as PCR testing to enter Canada remains in effect. Two friends flew with Delta to the US on an emergency trip for family. Both are fully vaccinated and both had to prove negative with a covid test before leaving which they got from Shoppers Drug Mart

CHR's revenue receivable from air canada is not impacted by flying activity. They get paid regardless based on the aircraft under contract. This is huge. Investors should always keep this in mind. secondly, CHR collected over 60% on their leasing business. this percentage will ONLY go higher. positive things are happeneing people. Buy in now and you will be rewarded.

Respectfully disagree. Granted, air travel recovery has been slow to materialize, and government travel restrictions aren't helping. Still, the three airports I've been in during the past few months (Vancouver, Toronto, Victoria) are hopping. Personal observation is only worth so much (and not a whole lot sometimes).
