Running back towards normal

I noticed a posting on Linkedin this morning. All Jazz Air pilots have now been recalled and the first intake of pilots in two years is happening in May. As Air Canada ramps up operations , Jazz will be following to support the flow of passengers to the Hubs. Should bode well for Chorus.

How would that help CHR if they get a fixed rate from AC?
